Yes, please create issues in the COMDEV JIRA tracker, ideally one per GSoC project that you propose, and set the same labels as https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/COMDEV-14 on them so that they appear in the list at http://tinyurl.com/asfgsoc Ideally those issues should belong to a new GSoC-TOMCAT component, but it looks like I don't have karma to create that component.
