I've put the content in the staging area. I have *not* proofed it or
made any edits. Those who had improvements please make them and publish
the site.
It seems nobody has made those edits and I'm happy with it as is. Given
the OOo proposal to the incubator I think it is important that this is
public so that, if necessary, we can point people at it.
