Hi All,
As some of you may know, I've been doing research using Apache teams for a
number of years. Yes, I am the one who was going around with a safari hat
at several Apache conferences! You have been very gracious with both your
inputs and your friendship. I hope that I have been contributing to
spreading the word about Apache through academic presentations and
publications. (I've also participated in ApacheCon BarCamp, and
LightningTalks in the past)

Oftentimes, both the community members and colleagues from companies who
are interested in engaging with Apache teams ask for practical papers. In
an answer to this call, I drafted a 4 page document that I would like to
soon send out to a publication that is aimed at computing professionals.
This document or a version of it could be put on the community page
(assuming you'd want it there). It may be useful to explain the Apache
process for those companies who work with Apache.

I'd like to share the draft document with you to see what you think.
Perhaps you would like to add/change something?
Let me know if this seems interesting and if so where exactly I should
share it. I signed up for confluence already, but I cannot see the
community area within it.
Cheers,
Yeliz.
