Well, first - here is the Apache channel (at least I believe it is the
official channel)

So - that has a rather generic tone I'd say - though there is not a lot
of content to go on - meaning it isn't really focused to tutorials and
such IMO.

However one could create a group under that account, that could then
have such a focus.
