Of course... but at least one director (not me) was very disappointed at not 
having video from the event.

Its €113.67 per hour of video. But it is a large total budget (actually it will 
likely come in at less than that but I'm going with the high end cost estimate 
at present).

I do agree it is not cheap. The issue is that the venue will only allow us to 
use their facilities.

I take your -1 as significant and justified. Unless there is at least one +1 
with good counter argument then I suggest it is a blocker since there is no 
real plan to use the outputs at this stage and since there needs to be 
additional post processing work there is every chance that much of the video 
would sit on the shelf unused. I'm pretty confident many PMCs would make good 
use of it, but there is no guarantee of this (I've reached out to the AOO 
marketing people to see if they are interested in paying for their track from 
the SPI money, the Lucene track is being recorded by a third party).
