I assume you mean Apache Open Office.
Your mail implies that you tried to contact to project via
telephone, this is not possible, we do not have any telephones.
If your installation provides a telephone number, then you dont have
the original Apache OpenOffice software installed. We are all a
bunch of volunteers and only available on email.
