I'm kind of confused as to what happened while I was traveling, and in what order. We now have a devops track and an "integration" track, and we really don't have room for both.

I have, as of right now, one full-day track, and one half day (3 talk) track, before I have to open up an 8th room. We *can* go to an 8th room (or even an 8th room for a single day) if the content is really compelling, but I (and LF) would rather not, unless there's some reason to think that these 6 additional talks will bring in new attendees.

So, here's the question, I guess. Do we:

* Pick one of the two? (If so, which one?)
* If we take both, is there a reason to think that we can market that track and bring in enough people to offset the cost of the additional room and speakers.

These are not our problems, technically, but LF has given guidance that 7 is the sweet spot for tracks, and we kinda need to respect that.
