This whole process is nonsense (not disparaging the work done by people here, it's good to see comparative numbers). My point is, as Daniel says below, it's all subjective. The value is not in how much effort it takes to pump out code - hell I've probably written at least a $B of code by that measure - most of it was never used.
What is important is what economic value does the code produce. If we look at it that way I'd say our code (and that of LF for that matter) is worth many, many $B more than these numbers imply. The HTTPd project, for example, drives over 50% of the web - what's the value of the web?
