recently I went through the process to create an OpenPGP key for code
signing purposes and now wonder whether this section here is outdated:

I understand that there were several changes done to
people.apache.org/home.apache.org. Is adding the fingerprint to the FOAF
now obsolete? If not, is there some instruction available how I can
add/create the FOAF?
On a side note, that page also contains a dead link: ( recommended )
links to http://people.apache.org/foaf/index.html (causes a 404).
