Now that we're well into July, it's time to try to get people to start
caring about ApacheCon. Step one is getting the papers in. The CFP
closes on September 9th, which gives us just under 2 months to get
people's attention.

Here's how you can help:

Projects: There is a list of projects here:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1j0U9HinP40CajiPGqIJyP4X9k0Jon5jH8rH_3xhUqvY/edit?usp=sharing

I started with the list of projects that are reporting to the board this
month, which is why the DONE list seems a bit random.

Send the sample test (below) to the user(s)@ and dev@ lists of each
project. You can use lists.apache.org for lists that you're not
subscribed to, if you log in using your apache.org credentials.

Mark them off on the list.

No doubt, some people are on N of these lists and so will receive the
message multiple times. No doubt some people will be irritated. Please
send them to me if you get angry responses. Getting the best content for
our event is worth it.

Thanks!
