I've finally updated my website describing the Apache Way in general
terms to be organized and decently styled:

  http://theapacheway.com/

It's also published from Github Pages, so Apache committers are welcome
to submit pull requests.

I know it needs a little editing, and not every item is filled out
enough yet. I've tried to organize concepts around the Apache Way in
two structures:

- Ways: the 6 main concepts at a very high level, with some basic
rationale / why this concept is important.
- Aspects: detailed items, more like glossary entries, but about
concepts of how communities work.

Note that this is *not* necessarily how Apache projects do things. This
is my take on how the concepts can be applied to any FOSS project - not
just at Apache. Exporting our cultural values, so to speak.
