Many projects at the ASF manage their own social media channels
independently, so it's hard to make a complete list, but certainly
helpful to make a start - there's already a list of most twitter
accounts that's been sent to dev@community recently.

If folks want to make a public listing of Apache-related social media
accounts, that would be great for discoverablity too. One concept would
be to somehow get this data into DOAP files or the projects.apache.org
structure, so it's easy to re-purpose.

But if you do a public list, please ensure that it only includes
official accounts - that is, ones that follow our branding guidelines
and are *run by PMCs* (not lone individuals or other companies).
