Created Gimp files and pdf in a new brochure/cn folder but still some minor
changes needed. First is that we need the Chinese translation for the phrase
'60 projects under incubation'. (I will contact Ted about this). Second is that
brochure version created using pdfsam doesn't include a rotation option so
landscape pages have come out as portrait.
