Personally, I would worry about having an official ASF licensed store in this 
sense, for precisely
the reason cited below - that it would remove market opportunity for downstream 
ASF $commercial
entities, big or small. That said, I don't have the energy, nor desire to 
contribute to, or block this, so
consider this simply my opinion with my ASF member hat on.
