Hi, I 'm an undergraduate in the computer science and engineering, University
of Moratuwa. How do I start to work on this project? I would love to work with
your foundation and as Openwhisk is a new topic for me and I need a good
starting point.

> Today we have some tools and sample to allow a developer to run an action
> locally, mostly nodejs and java.
> It would be good if the Student can implement plugins/extensions for IDEs
> such as Visual Studio Code and IntelliJ to allow developer to easily run and
> debug (i.e. breakpoint) their functions in all supported languages emulating
> the proxy and running inside the container.
