The best advice to follow is the official board reporting guideline -
getting report in a week earlier.  So having reporter.a.o calculate that
date would be good, yes.  This is the correct advice:

IMO, for an informal historical perspective, PMCs that:

- Get reports in one week early -> happy board
- Get reports in by 48 hours before meeting -> OK board
- Put reports in less than 24 hours before meeting -> vaguely annoyed
board (because we might or might not have had time to read)
- Put reports in too late, or not at all -> board *expects* that report
will be filed the next month
- Miss two reports -> board is unhappy
