Hi Adi, IBM is putting a lot of resources into blockchain recently. They offer their book Blockchain for Dummies at no charge, I believe. See https://www.ibm.com/blockchain/what-is-blockchain Might be a good starting point.
Oxford also has a class on Blockchain you have to pay for but I've read good things about it.
