Hey, that's a pretty good overview, and you've brought in a lot of
different concepts of the Apache Way into the article - nice.

Minor corrections:

s/APACHE FOUNDATION/APACHE SOFTWARE FOUNDATION/

Projects "graduate" from the incubator to become TLPs.

Consider updating the Developer/Contributor paragraph to note that
projects value non-code contributions too, from writers, editors,
testers, etc.

Consider pointing to the lists.a.o mail archive, which might be
friendlier for people who complain about mailing lists:
