When we can try to reach and download something on your web site we cannot acccess to your web site from our public IP address , we also talked with our internet provider and they said that traffic pass from ISP . we suspect that our public IP address is dropped on network layer so please forward this e-mail to releated network Security team on your site to control our IP address is dropped or not by your systems.
