-1... it's completely unnecessary (as the work could easily be done under the CommDev banner) and gives the sense of "action" towards a cause without actually solving any real problem. Ironically, I predict it will fracture the community and have the effect of removing diversity of views on this very subject - creating an echo-chamber. It'll pass though, so best wishes...
