I have downloaded the poi-bin-4.1.2-2020 zip file from 3 different mirrors and
they all agree on the checksum using certutil on W10 but this does not match
what you have supplied on your download page for the SHA256 value.
C:\Users\<me>\Downloads>certUtil -hashfile poi-bin-4.1.2-20200217.zip SHA256
