A first iteration of this work has done creating a first template. I started
from the slide template created for the ApacheConNA19 that is currently
available from here:

Then I replaced the main ApacheCon logo with ASF logo.
After the discussion in the mailing list, we decided to create a new folder in
the comdev repository:
