Summary: Tasks in the help page seems to have not been updated for
a long time

First, chose “Programming and Development”, pick “Java language”, then “Found
26 items you might be interested in”, but these tasks looks too old, 25 task
is created at 2017, one task created at 2019. And some of these tasks are
already in “closed” status.
I guess there are a lots of Java project need help in Apache, just not include
by Help Wanted.
