How do I apply the license? Do I submit my work and projects to you? Do you
have to approve for it to be considered licensed? I can't quite understand
why the following info doesn't mention submission or approval for

I'm trying to make my project "Until Omega" a licensed property. I would
very much appreciate a follow up!

No, there is no approval process. If you believe that the terms of the license are appropriate for your particular project, you can apply the license to your project by the process included at the bottom of the above URL:

APPENDIX: How to apply the Apache License to your work.

To apply the Apache License to your work, attach the following
boilerplate notice, with the fields enclosed by brackets "[]"
replaced with your own identifying information. (Don't include
the brackets!) The text should be enclosed in the appropriate
comment syntax for the file format. We also recommend that a
file or class name and description of purpose be included on the
same "printed page" as the copyright notice for easier
      identification within third-party archives.

you may not use this file except in compliance with the License.
