Hi, Thanks a lot for providing the Board Report Wizard ( https://reporter.apache.org/wizard/)! It is a great tool which helps save a lot of time.
I notice that the Committer-to-PMC ratio computed by the tool may not give the best ratio. For example, (https://reporter.apache.org/wizard/statistics?ratis) - There are currently 26 committers and 17 PMC members in this project. - The Committer-to-PMC ratio is roughly 7:5. 26/17 = 1.53 7/5 = 1.4 A better ratio is 3/2 = 1.5. How could I file a JIRA/an issue for this improvement? I would like to contribute a patch. Regards, Tsz-Wo
