ASFAIK, currently we don't have any committer or PMC member in the chapter proposal who is based in Macau or Hong Kong. That is why I suggested applying to the Shenzhen chapter instead. As we are running the Apache Local Community，holding the meetups in the local city is our main target. We can think big, but let's start from small first.
