Hello, I am Sathyanarayanan. I am new to Apache community. I have approximately 9 years of experience in the software development. I am majorly into backend development using microservices architecture. My interests are in distributed systems and distributed databases.
During early stages of my career, I have used Cassandra. I have the interest in contributing to Apache Cassandra. I wanted to join the Slack channel. I was following this link: https://infra.apache.org/slack.html . In this link it has been mentioned that I should be having an @apache.org account or someone has to invite me as a guest. My assumption is that it will take some time to get @apache.org account as it depends upon the commitment the users show. If my assumption is correct, is it possible for anyone here to invite me to the "Slack for ASF" channel? Any guidance here will be really helpful. Thanks, Sathyanarayanan S
