There is no "they" here. If this is a topic that is important to you, show up. Do the work. Don't blame others for not doing your homework for you, or for not doing what you, yourself, are not willing to do. And, in case you are wondering, I am not a fan of polling non-participants. Particularly if that is being proposed instead of doing what actually needs to be done. I'll make a prediction: if people actually do show up and do the work (and by that I mean along the lines of how Ed Mangini has been proposing), the board will approve the results. But until then, don't ignore Ed's question, namely "Do we have someone who can take this on?" and then lament that people aren't answering your question. - Sam Ruby P.S.
