Hello, Sorry for the delay of my reply I was checking internally all the details.
@Sharan: Realistically we could start to organize meetup end of February, I see that the space has free slot 20/02, 21/02 and more after. Regarding constrains: - Event need to finish by 9pm (people leaving) - if there is alcohol we need to know in advance to have enough security guard present.- It can be just the evening, half day or full day. Everything is possible - we just need to plan in advance so we can book it in the space as we also have other internal event. But totally feasible- Capacity is up to 200 seating people- There is a small kitchen with the basic like drink (coffee-soft, glass, plate, microwave, dish washer but no option to actually cook.- There is video conference capability - Webex only Concretely I was thinking to start with a first meetup of 1-2h in the evening to see how it goes, after that we could imagine to do it regularly, every month or more. Where we will need your help is to make it a success by helping finding the subject and also being sure that we have people coming by advertising it. @Mark: It can also be about the community not only tech we are open to that. A question - what sort of timeframe are your offices available for? Are you thinking 2-3 hours, half a day, a full day, morning, evening etc? It would be good to understand the options and any constraints. Thanks Sharan On 2022/12/05 10:39:43 Mark Thomas wrote: > Hi Michel, > > I be interested in any sort of general community meetup.
