We renamed from "Isis" to "Causeway".
[https://reporter.apache.org/wizard/statistics?causeway] returns details of
the two releases since our rename, but doesn't include any of our 10 years+ of
previous releases.
Meanwhile, [https://reporter.apache.org/wizard/statistics?isis] returns nothing
at all, so we can't even point to that page as details of our previous release.
This treatment also differs from Whimsy, which doesn't handle renames either,
but at least the old details are available under the old name, ie
[https://whimsy.apache.org/board/minutes/Isis.html] still exists with
[https://whimsy.apache.org/board/minutes/Causway.html] as the new page.
