For testing the RC - what works for us perfectly is that when we send an RC we generat this kind of issue: https://github.com/apache/airflow/issues/37648 - all the contributors who contributed to the release candidate are `@-mentioned` and invited to test their changes, and we have `checkmarks` that the release manager checks when someone confirms that a change/fix works as expected - we regularly have 60%-80% changes tested and verified for pretty much all releases -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
