Please investigate if/why you have been blocked and respond back as instructed in the aforementioned website. Any abusive traffic that causes a loss of service for others will be blocked, regardless to whether it came from a single developer, hundreds of developers behind a single IP, or many IPs associated with a single ASN. To quote our documentation: "...consider your fellow people on this planet when you use our resources. We offer our services for free, with the understanding that people do not abuse them."
