Hi All! at this point I see a lot of familiar ASF faces on the BB schedule (and I am sure there's even more that I missed) and I kind of wanted to ask an embarrassing question (actually two -- but the other one is less embarrassing ;-)).
I just want to hang out with my fellow ASF folks but it seems that even BarCamp requires a conference ticket (and here comes the embarrassing part -- I don't have one -- the pre-seed startup life is kind of at odds with $900 tickets ;-)). Are there any outings planned that are just kind of on the fringes of the conference? And speaking of the fringes, there's a free event that I'm organizing on Sunday -- so that would be another way to meet ASF folks (if y'all decide to come there): https://lu.ma/vqx423ct Oh, and here comes my 2nd question -- my previous experience with BB has always been that there's a pretty robust Bloomberg constituency there -- if any of you guys know whether that's still true and any Bloomberg infrastructure engineers who may be coming I'd really appreciate the introductions.
