For the sling project, step #3 of the "Promoting the Release" process is about
receiving an email from the "Apache Reporter Service" to remind the person
about adding the release data to
[https://reporter.apache.org/addrelease.html?sling] for the promoted artificact.
This used to work, but recently I have noticed that I am no longer getting the
email notification after the release promotion.
Can you please check if there is some error sending these notification emails?
