to allow private mails to be searched?

I already have a feature to disable it for certain lists:
https://github.com/rbowen/ponymail-mcp/pull/2 that is created towards
Rich's repo - but I am happy to re-direct it here.

It blocks certain "ASF-wide" listts - and allow to add you other lists -
I discussed it today with Christian - before he sent his email, and things
like security mailing lists are likely to be absolutely OK. Also there is
the https://github.com/apache/security-site/pull/54discussion in security
where we decide what "privacy" security report have (and Christian was of
an opinion that those are definietely classified differently - yet you
still need to have authorization to retrieve them). So my proposal is to
implement restrictions (With built-in defauilts to allow everyone who is
going to use ponymail for security information retrieval - to use it).
