The _Learn More About The ASF_ section of [the _About This Website_
page|https://projects.apache.org/about.html] contains a link to
[https://helpwanted.apache.org/] labelled ”Help Wanted”. The URL redirects to
[https://community.apache.org/helpwanted-retired.html,] which explains that:

It took me more than 1 minute to find where to report this issue. The sentence
“To report a specific problem with the website, create a [COMDEV Jira issue in
the "Projects"
component|https://issues.apache.org/jira/issues/?jql=project+%3D+COMDEV+AND+component+%3D+%22Projects+Tool%22].”
is hard to spot, since it is written in the _How The Code Works_ section.
