In the Jetty bundle, LICENSE only contains the Apache License 2.0. The NOTICE file in the webapp is the same, it only lists the ASF, yet there are lots of non-ASF jars WEB-INF/lib. I think we're depending on the remote resources plugin here, and I'm not sure it's doing the right thing. -- Wendy
