Two major things have been done so far in 1.3: migrating to Struts 2 and the 'transient state' changes that should cut down on email notifications when there is a problem like the scm repo being down.
I'd like to get a milestone release out with these changes. Thoughts? Volunteers? :) Thanks, -- Wendy
