I just built the 1.3.x branch and noticed that if you hit http://localhost:9123/continuum, it redirects to http://localhost:9123/continuum/groupSummary.action *without* forcing creation of the admin user. It used to send you to /security/addadmin.action no matter what url you visited, until the admin user was created.
Was this an intentional change? (I also wonder if it might be the reason for the Selenium test failure in 'initializeContinuum' but haven't checked trunk yet.) -- Wendy
