github mirroring broken?

I'm looking at 
https://github.com/apache/incubator-cordova-js/commits/master and it 
doesn't seem to have any of the commits from 
https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf?p=incubator-cordova-js.git;a=summary 
from at least 9 hours ago. And Android is missing at least 10 hours of 
commits. And iOS is missing at least 4 hours. Does something need to be 
kicked, or is this much lag normal?
