in the screenshots you can see a test-case.
ChildBrowser (CB): in CB-02 you can see the "full screen" control.
InAppBrowser (IAB): in IAB-02 you can see the "full screen" control too.
I tested it in iOS6 iPad Simulator - and you can see the results CB-03 and
IAB-03 after using the full-screen control.
When you test it in iOS5 iPad Simulator - all works as expected (CB and IAB the
same).
I post the link to the project ZIP when i've uploadet it to dropbox (10MB
maximum here)
