Oh, and the incubator page
http://incubator.apache.org/projects/callback.html is still present with
stale data (ie: git repo URLs, mailing list addresses, etc)
Part of why I was looking at this is to see if it would make sense to
publish a news item on the Apache home page about 2.3 being available.
