1. Copy a JPEG with the extension in upper case
2. Go to mobile-spec, open the Camera page, then select that image from the
gallery
Expected: It should appear
What happens: The image doesn't appear because for some reason JPG isn't on the
map while lower case jpg is. I have no idea why this is the case, but this
caused many false positives on CB-2093
