This task is specifically to move files around. Instead of having :
lib/$PLATFORM/plugin
We will have: plugin/PLUGIN_NAME/PLATFORM
Changing of common.js / platform.js is *not* a part of this issue, but instead
will be a follow-up (requires more thought)
