Since the starter.zip file is not in the /lib/windows7 directory I build the
standalong template following the directions from 2.1 in the documentation but
there's over 44 errors when I tried to build a new project from the template.
I fixed one error by removing an unneeded brace "}" and this error appears to
be because of a catch statement not being in the proper position:
Error 1 Invalid token 'if' in class, struct, or interface member
declaration
C:\Projects\PhoneGapHelloWorld\PhoneGapHelloWorld\cordovalib\Commands\ImageExifHelper.cs
