I've added a top-level project settings guide that is platform agnostic. There
is also now a stub for Windows Phone 7-specific guide w.r.t. the project
settings.
Can you fill out the details of the Windows Phone 7 guide for the project
settings and add any <preference> tag support that is not mentioned?
You can follow the Android and iOS guides as a template.
