I just ran coho and it updated all of the cordova.js snapshots. Jesse - I think you said that last time this resulted in line-endings being wrong on the file. Could you confirm this?
If it is a problem, would using a .gitattributes file fix it? https://help.github.com/articles/dealing-with-line-endings Andrew
