[cordova-js] Is this supposed to happen?

Ran into this when building cordova-js today:

Running "cordovajs:test" (cordovajs) task
Warning: ENOENT, no such file or directory
'lib/windowsphone/plugin/windowsphone' Use --force to continue.

Seriously, when can we expect tests to pass?
