Hey I found a pretty serious bug on master with the Camera and I'm wondering if there's been additional changes to the core APIs that would cause this to not work, namely any fixes in the CordovaResourceAPI? It seems that for some reason the Camera isn't finding the photo right away because of these changes. I'm going to keep investigating, since it seems weird that the camera would break, but this looks pretty broken right now.
