I am expecting to tag/package Windows 8 Cordova along with everything else in 3.1 I have added: - plugin breakout ( all of them except Contacts as there is no Contact store on the device ) - plugins install/uninstall with plugman - plugin permissions added/removed from manifest - project create script - project level build/clean/version scripts
The missing pieces are the run/install/debug commands, currently you will need to open visual studio to run your project. As Parashuram points out, you can expect more attention here, as MS Open Tech steps up their involvement. I am excited to have help here. @purplecabbage risingj.com On Tue, Sep 10, 2013 at 3:19 PM, Parashuram Narasimhan (MS OPEN TECH) < [email protected]> wrote: > The team from Microsoft Open Tech is looking at helping in this area soon. > We spoke with Jesse and the first thing we will be working on would be > helping with the command line tools. > > > > > -----Original Message----- > > From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf > > Of Brian LeRoux > > Sent: Monday, September 9, 2013 3:20 PM > > To: [email protected] > > Subject: Re: Going forward with Windows > > > > Hey John, unless we find more than Jesse to help I doubt we could > > graduate Windows as a full fledged platform.
